Open Terminal Here Enhanced For Leopard
Joe Pecoraro hinted me on to a cool little Mac app called Open Terminal Here. It’s been enhanced for Leopard, and you can grab it here. This app, like the last one I talked about a few days ago (GrabUp), is a tiny little program that can speed up your workflow. Open Terminal Here stays in your Finder window’s toolbar like below (the >_ symbol):

Simply click the button and a Terminal window will be launched already opened to the current Finder window’s directory. This picture shows how Terminal opens:

As you can see, Open Terminal Here is simple, easy, and ignorable. It’s there when you need it and doesn’t bother you when you don’t. It also looks great under Leopard with it’s special Leopard-style icon.
What are your thoughts? Does this speed up your workflow? Do you use a different app like “CD to” or any other Terminal workflow enhancements?
