12 Free Songs You Will Love

I’ve been a huge fan of the whole PodSafe thing. Along with this great PodSafe music, we have PureVolume and a great SXSW collection. If you like indie rock or jazz or pop or punk, you must download this free and legal torrent of SXSW artists. This is a huge torrent with 700+ songs, but there is a lot of great stuff in there. You can get the torrent here (Download the Large – Full Songs). After lots of sifting through this free music I’ve got 260 song collection plus the 710 songs from the torrent. That’s almost 1000 tunes legally, so there is no reason we should need to pirate crappy pop music when we have this creative indie stuff for free. I went through and picked some of my favorites from the stuff I’ve listened to and I had to keep a lot of my other favs out because I wanted a small list. Here is my list of 12 great free and legal songs you can get on the internet (in no particular order). By the way, some of these are in the torrent and some are on PureVolume or the PodSafe music network. I’ll link to the artist’s webpage unless they don’t have one.
